"Despite bitter cold and slushy/icy ground, the crew arrived promptly when they said they would. The foreman was polite and clearly explained what they would do. He answered my questions and they quickly got started. To my pleasant surprise, when 5 pm and darkness came, they stayed until they finished the job - including cleaning up!
