Customers say: Quality work

"The guy did an excellent job. It’s just at the end he told us we had to pay in cash which was not told to us upfront. When we were about to pay in cash we asked for a receipt. We were told he could not give us one. It had to be email. That was unacceptable!! Also make sure they tell you what’s included for the price."

Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

On average, pressure washing a house can take anywhere from 30 minutes to three hours. The time frame to pressure wash or power wash your home, fence, or other property depends on the size of the project and the complexity and accessibility of the areas that need cleaning. Part of the time required to complete the job includes setup and removal of equipment needed. A two-story house with a steep roof may require working from scaffolding or a ladder, likely adding to the time required to finish the project.

Yes, it is important to wash your deck before painting to ensure the paint applies well and adheres properly. While you don't have to use a pressure washer, it is one of the most efficient cleaning methods. Pressure washing can quickly remove dirt, wood fibers, and flaked paint, getting deeper into the wood than manual scrubbing. You can also clean the deck with a stiff broom and a cleaning solution. Regardless of the method, a clean surface is essential for good paint adhesion. Make sure the deck is completely dry before applying any paint.

Yes, you can safely pressure wash vinyl siding. As a durable material, vinyl can typically withstand pressure up to 3,000 PSI, holding up better than other siding types like aluminum or stucco. However, it's crucial to operate the pressure washer correctly to avoid damage. Before you begin, repair any existing cracks or damage to the siding. For a safe setup, use a 15- or 25-degree nozzle and maintain a distance of at least three feet from the siding to prevent splashback and damage.

You should wait until your pavers have completely dried and cured before pressure washing them. Wait at least three to five days, though some sealants may need up to an entire week. Rushing that timeline can mess with the finish, weaken the seal, or leave streaks that are tough to fix. Once the sealant has fully set, stick to a gentle approach. Keep the pressure under 1,500 PSI and hold the nozzle at least two feet from the surface. Anything stronger or closer can blast the joint sand loose or wear down the sealant you just applied.

You should always power wash your driveway before applying a sealant. At any given time, your driveway could be covered with algae and moss, tire residue, oil and rust stains, and any combination of leaves, twigs, and dirt. If you skip power washing, you’ll be trapping the dirt and grime beneath the sealant and lowering its chance of cementing itself to your driveway. While you can expect the cost to pressure wash your driveway to average between $100 and $350, the few hundred dollars beats an unattractive driveway or paying extra to reapply your driveway sealer.
