"Trent and his team did an amazing job! We hired TM & KM Construction to knockdown a load bearing wall, remove a vestibule, replace the front door, and install new hardwood flooring in the living room, dining room, and hallway. The entire project took about three weeks and created a lot of dust and debris. However, they cleaned up the work site on a daily basis and left everything impeccably clean when they were done. During the work, they kept me informed on everything going on and were methodical and detailed focused. I was impressed by how they took the extra time to make sure everything was perfect. We had a lot of wood and trim work and they took the extra time to make complex cuts to make sure pieces fit together perfectly (versus jamming things together and covering it with caulk). Overall, I highly recommend Trent and his team."

"I worked with this company 30 years ago, when they first started up.. They impressed me then. I had a deck added and a hit tub hooked up AND the garage side doubled. I moved and used a very local company to add a small addition to this house and there were problems! So when it came time to add a large addition I sought out the prior company I used, Add A Deck. This company is every bit as good as before. Better, with years of all sorts of building experience under their belt. The leadership and the workers did a beautiful job. This job was complex and took 5 months to complete. I added a half bath, laundry room, screen porch, a hallway to connect the garage, pocket doors, skylight, walkout bay type window with a storage seat and doubled the size of the kitchen. I was here all day, every day during that time. They added plumbing, a plumber no, rerouted and added wiring and tied it into the whole house generator. They installed things I already had on hand for the addition. One of the business owners was on site nearly every day. All text messages and emails were answered quickly. I had no problems during the construction and none in this following year.. They listened and made all requested changes and adjustments with ease. "My wife and I had a good feeling and Ken and his crew right from the start. I was very worried about how big of a project my issue would become. He set me at ease right away and knew exactly how to address the issue. He also pointed out the specific cause of the water penetration and many other locations where I was in danger of having similar issues. Many of the smaller issues he basically rolled into the project for free. I felt even better about everything once he was into the project, so I went ahead and gave him the green light to address a long list of nice to haves" around the property. That led to him finding some additional major issues, but got them sorted at very reasonable rates. I was a full time property manager for 5 years by profession and now have had rentals of my own for 10 years. Ken is exactly the kind of crew I want working on my properties. I can trust that he's going to get it done without pulling a fast one on me or overselling me on things I don't need. He has his own rentals and I really felt we were on the same wavelength as far as the level of budget to quality ratio that I was looking for. A few minor mistakes were made by his crew but they took responsibility and in the end he made everything right. His crew were great guys too.
