Nora has helped me with housecleaning for over seven years. She is detailed oriented and goes behind furniture, includes windowsills, ceiling fans etc. She is energetic, always is upbeat and cheerful.She is very accommodating if I need her to change a pattern for the cleaning . Brings her own cleaning products and cloths, remove trash when she leaves. When she leaves here I feel like my house has been blessed.!!

She is so reasonable with pricing and thorough. I like her so much we are now on a schedule.

I’ve worked with Nora over several years and she’s been great for us. She does a great job cleaning and is very thorough. She’s also got a great attitude and is very responsive to feedback - When I’ve asked her to do more in one area or I have a particular request about how I want it done, she’s always willing to make the change and thanks me for telling her. My favorite day is coming home to a fresh clean house after Nora has been there!

I have been working with Nora for years. She came as a referral from a friend. We scheduled a walk through and she quoted me the initial deep cleaning price for the whole house, the whole house bi-weekly cleaning, whole house monthly cleaning, and the bi-weekly rotating cleaning prices. She deep cleaned to start the relationship and then we were on a bi-weekly schedule focused on the areas of the home that I used the most (this rotating schedule fit best within my budget). Nora was flexible with my travel schedule and patient with me when I forgot to leave out a key or payment. She is responsive to text messages (my preferred communication style). I was most grateful to Nora when it came to selling my house. She came over and deep cleaned the whole house the day before pictures. My contractor was running behind but she was able to work around him and make sure that the house glowed. As I prepared for showings, she came back by to help me mop and clean the bathrooms and windows before the open house. I was so grateful to her and her helper for their support. The house was so clean and gorgeous. Based on conversations over the years I know that cleaning is more than just a job - Nora takes pride in her work. She takes care of the things I don't have the time or energy to care for and is passionate about it. If I have ever had an issue with something at my house she has addressed it professionally and promptly with her staff.

Nora's team showed up on time, worked quickly and was even done early. The place was spotless and I got my entire deposit back!! Thanks Nora!?

Nora & her team have been cleaning for me bimonthly for over 6 months. My house sparkles when they finish especially the floors which I had never seen look so shiny! I was blown away when I saw my white shower curtain liner looking brand new after Nora cleaned it. I attempted to clean my oven many times myself but was never able to get it as clean as Nora did. Again, I was amazed! With 3 kids and a hectic schedule, it has been such a gift to have Nora clean our home. It just doesn’t get clean otherwise!

Nora, arrived early and went right to work cleaning and detailing our home and rental properties. My husband and I decided to have her come every other week cleaning at our home. It’s nice coming home to clean house after getting off from work. It’s also nice to be able to entertain family and friends and not have to worry about cleaning the house and trying to prepare a meal and drinks for special events or simple weekend get togethers.

Nora and her team have provided reliable housecleaning service to my 4000 sq ft home weekly for six years. I have recommended her to all my close friends and family. Nora tailors her service to the priorities of each client. She rises to the challenge of my large home with three children and a home office. I entertain regularly, so reliable service is essential. I am also very protective of my home, my children, and my office. As is unavoidable in her business, Nora sometimes has turnover in her staff, but when someone new joins the team, Nora trains them thoroughly on my individual preferences and requests. At one point years ago, I had an issue with one team member not being as super-careful as Nora. I raised the issue with Nora and she gracefully handled the concern, reassigning the cleaner to other homes without any fuss. I don't give my trust automatically, but Nora has earned it.

They did a great job and actually raked more of my yard that I expected.  I appreciated their work.

Service was rescheduled at the last minute by service provider. I purchased a deal for 4 hours of service. Worker left before the 4 hours were up and did not do a thorough job. Work done was okay, just not thorough. would not use again.

It was fine. They were fine. They showed up on time. They did the work fine. They actually did a little bit extra work. They had professional service. They were quick to return phone calls. I paid them $20 extra to haul some of the debris.

It went very well.  The person showed up on time and used his time wisely.  I would use them again.

I would not rate that service at all.  It took two and a half months to even get service scheduled.  Six times I said I know you cannot finish my yard for four hours and I want to know what it would cost to do the entire yard.  Three or four times I never got an answer and finally I got him on the phone and said they're going to send the state division out there to check and the state division never showed up.  I never heard from him.  They showed up; they're right the front yard and their bags were in front the yard so they stuck it in front of the curb.  The whole thing was just a negative experience.  I would not hire them again.  It was re-scheduled several times. 

Nora showed up when scheduled and did a great job cleaning our downstairs windows.  Will definitely hire again.
