I highly recommend Wiglesworth Tree Service. Jimmy and his crew removed a large tree close to my house and cleaned up all the debris. They were properly equipped, obviously worked well together and did a professional job. All for a fair price.

Great, they were here on time, took tree down with bucket truck and hauled away all of the debris. Happy in all respects.

Very well. A couple of weather delays. They kept us updated on revised schedule.

Jimmy Wiglesworth met me at my house, and we did a thorough walk-around my yard which is full of red oak and some hickory trees. I knew that I wanted him to remove two dead trees that were in close proximity of my house. He also suggested removing a third tree that was very close to my house. He suggested to remove several large limbs that were overhanging my house. I had questions about other trees on my property, and he advised that I keep them. I really appreciated Jimmy's honesty as well as his knowledge.
Jimmy arrived on the agreed upon date, at the agreed upon time. The trees were removed, he collected all the wood onto a large truck, and even blew the leaves from my front yard, and the area where he removed the trees. I was very impressed that he went the extra mile in doing this.
I did not have any stumps removed. I live in a rural setting on 2 acres surrounded by untouched woods, so the stumps are not an issue for me.
Overall, I am very pleased with Wiglesworth Tree Service. The price was very reasonable, and Jimmy went out of his way to clean up the leaves from my front yard even though the trees were removed from my side yard!

They are my go to service when I have tree problems. Have probably used them 4 or 5 times now from either Hurricane damage to dead tree clean-up. Have always done what they promised and always on time.

Everything went as planned. No mess left behind.  They did leave holes where the stumps were but when I called in informed them of this they were out the next day to fill in the holes.  I recommend them for any work you need in the tree removal area or removing limbs from  trees for more sunlight.

he can be a little hard to schedule because they seem to be doing well. It was worth the wait. He shows up on time and got the job done. Thanks Jimmy!

The entire job was coordinated over the phone with a couple voice mails, and a couple person to person discussions. The estimate visit was coordinated with a phone call, the job schedule was coordinated with a phone call. It took approximately one-two days to receive a response for the initial quote from the first voice mail. But once the estimate was completed and the job scheduled the phone coordination was timely and efficient. They performed exactly the work that was requested, and they provided a written estimate via e-mail for review, and they performed exactly the work that was identified. Most of all, the work area was cleared of any sign of debris. It was a very positive experience.

Wigglesworth did great work. After I used them I referred them to my Mom and they gave her an honest assessment of her tree situation and didn't try to just sell her something. I'd definitely use again and I recommend them.

Every time I emailed, Marie responded almost immediately. They gave us a date that they would be able to start work and they were here on time. All the work was done and they cleaned up everything like they weren't even there. This is a very professional company and I highly recommend them. My husband was here while they worked and could not believe how easy they made it look to climb the trees and carefully take down and remove everything. Thank you guys! We really appreciate the work you did.

Left two voice mail messages on the 739-8338 number on 7/15 and 7/22. Four other calls (without leaving voice mail messages) made between those dates on both the 8338 and 0828 numbers. None of the calls were taken and no response was received for the voice mail messages. It is possible that the business owner may be on vacation or attending to another critical matter but always a good idea to leave a recorded message about non-availability for prospective customers. I will consider this business in the future again but would appreciate NOT receiving a call from the business owner to explain the current circumstances. Thank you.

In every respect, this family owned company was a pleasure to work with. They responded to my initial inquiry quickly, surveyed the damage and made an estimate as soon as possible, promptly sent a contract with insurance information attached, and scheduled the work . They conquered the obstacles of the difficulty of working in my sloping yard with limited access, completed the work quickly, and carefully removed all the debris. The Wigglesworths are the third tree company I have hired over the years. They were so easy to work with that I have already inquired about some elective tree trimming and removal.

Very well. As I wrote earlier, I would highly recommend.

No services were ever performed

Service and professionalism were excellent. They came on time, did a great job, and did the best clean-up of a project like this that we've ever seen. We would use them again in a heartbeat. We are also very pleased that they are local.

Wiglesworth Tree Service arrived promptly. They first removed a large pine tree and another large tree using a bucket truck. Another worker used a chainsaw to remove branches and took them to the wood chipper. Then another worker used a small loader to remove the logs to their trailer. The third tree was a very large pine which a worker climbed and removed the top of the tree and then cut the rest of the tree into sections. All debris was thoroughly cleaned up, including the area where the chipper had been located. I am very pleased with Wiglesworth Tree Service and have recommended them to a neighbor.

Awesome. Came on time for the estimate and was able to come early for the removal (I had requested earlier if possible thatn the scheduled date (Oct 7). Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. 2 other companies had said I had to remove 2 other tress (besides the one by the carport) and Jimmy Wiglesworth explained to me why these did not need to come down. He could hav e made money by taking them down (1 vendor said both of them had to comne down and 1 vendor said 1 needed to come down) since i thought at least 1 of them needed to come down. Jimmy also checked all the trees in my yard (I have a very treed lot and just moved heere and am visually impaired) and noticed a dead poplar tree the others had not spotted. A strong storm would have uprooted that tree and it likely would have fallen on the parking space off my driveway where my daughter parks her car. For only a small amount more than the 1 tree that I KNEW had to come down, he took that one down as well and possible saved me a damaged car. There are some trees that though very tall and leaning at an angle that I was worried about but Jimmy explained to me why these were not a oproblem now and most likely would never be. He told me what to look for in the future. In summary, his honesty saved me money and preserved 2 trees other vendors (1 of them one of the highest rated companies int he Richmond are) would have taken down. Could not be more pleased with Wiglesworth Tree Service and Stump Removal. Not only was this company the most knowledgeable, the most helpful, but laso the best price!

They came out, provided a quote and removed a fallen tree in timely fashion. There were no surprises using these folks.
