"Presidential Exteriors is a well-managed company. We had twenty-five, very large, windows, two large sliding glass doors and the front door replaced. Everyone, starting with the young man who approached us to talk about the company, the salespeople and the team doing the work was professional, polite, honest, pleasant and super careful. The windows, sliding glass doors and the front door look amazing. Our house is fifty-two-years old and badly needed to be "refreshed". The quality of their products is excellent. While the work was being done, several people from the company came by to check on the progress. "I put in a request through Angi. They contacted me and sent some pictures. They provided an estimate to repair folding closet doors that were not staying up and on their track. The estimate wasn't cheap but since they had to go to Home Depot while on the job to get hardware I think it ended up a good deal for both of us. I would hire them again."

The project was to repair a pair of interior pocket doors between rooms.Alex evaluated the problem quickly and then gave the unexpected when he said “I’m pretty sure that I can get those parts at Home Depot and if you would like I could run over there NOW get the parts and come back and do the job NOW”. Hard to explain how happy that made me. Alex came back and repaired the doors very quickly and did a wonderful job which I am extremely happy with the job. "Our technician was on time and sealed our storm door to prevent water from leaking in. He also fixed the lock and the screen door on our sliding glass doors making them finally functional again and taught us how to grease the sliding door so it runs smoother. Excellent work and completed in a timely fashion."

"Very easy to set up appointment.  Owner patiently answered all my questions and suggested best configurations.  Technician showed up on time.
I did not rate A for quality because 1) installation technician did not clean up. I had to sweep the garage floor multiple times to remove wire pieces, and most annoyingly, many staples used to secure wires on the wall.  2) although all three doors were tuned during installation, one of them began to have loud squeaking noises after one month.  I finally contacted the company three months after installation about the noise issue.  They sent technicians out on the same day and fixed it for me.

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."
