"My AC was blowing but not cold. Had McCrea stickers on my unit. Looked up in local phone book and called. Had an appointment 2 days later. Tech (Mario Cieza) called in the specified timeframe, 30 min before arrival. Tech was polite and direct to troubleshooting. I had AC issues 3 years ago and it was a bad compressor capacitor. Mario after troubleshooting diagnosed that the same capacitor was bad. He replaced the capacitor, checked and topped off the coolant, and cleaned the blower exterior. The quoted repair price was reasonable ($237). I was happy with the service response, professionalism and price."

"This was for semiannual maintenance under contract. Danny performed an excellent job, he has many years of experience. I have used ARS for the heating/air conditioning maintenance for about 35 years. They replaced the equipment about six years ago. It has not failed since replacement."

"Our AC broke at night. I called and tried to get 3 other companies out. No one could give me even a window of time and they were very expensive for just a diagnostic. In steps RRR….I texted with Evans late the night it broke and asked him to call my father in law the next am to work out the details to fix it. He did and had a repair guy at our house by 8 am the next morning. The diagnostic charge was half of what others were charging and our total payment was less than the service call charge for any of the other 3 companies. I highly recommend RRR and we will be using them again!"

  9. Reattach the faceplate, plug in your AC system, or turn the breaker back on.
