The owner of GNC Irrigation, Malcolm Copeland, contacted me immediately after the post on Angi. From the minute I first spoke with him, I could tell I was working someone who truly loved what they did and really did everything possible to develop a good client relationship. I set up an appointment the day after and he was on time and went through a diagnostic of my sprinkler system and noted the few areas that needed repairs and replacements. He was very thorough, honest, and the price was very reasonable in my opinion given the amount of digging, replacing, and testing he did while he was here. I would definitely recommend him to others, and I have finally found an irrigation system business in my area I can rely on.

Malcolm is awesome, respectful, professional and an honest man. He came to my home, listened to every word I had to say and explained what he was going to do step by step and within hours had my system up and running, performed a maintenance check and adjusted all of my heads. Malcolm got two of my three zones up and running. He showed up on time and assessed the sprinkler system that had not been on for years. He was very knowledgeable about the issues and made the repairs as needed. He left his contact information if I needed him to return for anything.

Superb from start to finish. Malcolm and Mike know their stuff. They brought our dead system back to life in no time, allowed my husband to watch to learn some new tricks (like an easier way to prime to pump), and were polite and generous with their time. I was shocked at how affordable the price was for the level of service we received. I recommend GNC without hesitation!
