Great install and even better person. Jo is true to his word and was the most affordable out of the 4 estimates that I received. He did great work with minimal damage to the lawn. I have a huge lawn (approx 5500 sq ft) and the job took half a day the first day with a follow up next for adjustments and what not. I was surprised at how quick it took. There were a few concerns that I had but Jo was quick to resolve with no complaints. First, the pump that was placed in the crawl space didn't allow enough room for an individual to move freely to and from the crawlspace. Corrected the next day. Also, one of the sprinkler heads didn't pop back down and there was a narrow area in my backyard that wasn't getting watered. Corrected once Jo had the proper sprinkler heads. Give Jo a chance and get a free estimate. Act fast though as he stated to me that his installs are getting backed up.

Joe is a very nice guy but totally lacking in customer satisfaction. He installed a sprinkler system on our lawn and it works great. Then we hired him to install a rust removal tank system to prevent iron build up on the driveway. It would work for a week and stop. We would call Joe, leave messages, but he would almost never a return call. we spent about $500 on the tank. Finally Joe did come out to fix it. So at that point i hired a service to professionally clean my driveway of the rust, thinking Joe’s system would now keep our driveway and street free of rust. Guess what, it stopped working after a week or two. . I’ve been trying to call Joe, leave messages but no reply. Till now. The wind up is i spent $500 for a useless rust removal tank from Joe, wasted another $400 on professional rust removal service, and my driveway and concrete are a disaster. I’m sorry to write this but Joe did not even try to call back, let alone make things right. I am very upset. And btw, my HOA is always in the lookout for homeowners who do not kept their property in tip- top shape and the rust is a huge deal.

Jo is a terrific guy and runs a very good company. He not only installed my irrigation, which is great, but checks up and stands by his work. I had a switch go bad (4 years so not too bad) and he came right away to help trouble shoot and make it work again. I would highly recommend him for any work related to your system.

We had several sprinkler heads that were either not rotating or under-spraying. We also had a broken pipe by one. The team worked quickly and efficiently to repair all issues for a great price. Will definitely hire again!

Really BAD , first he charged me $200.00 before seeing whats wrong he positioned the Sprinkler and thats it then he charged me $25.00 for using my debit card . I called him and complained he refunded $100.00.not very Nice business .

Jo did an outstanding job in installing a new irrigation system at my home in Chesapeake. He gave me a very fair price, showed up on time, and completed the job as scheduled. Jo does work on a handshake, is easily accessible, personable, and promptly responds to all questions. After the installation, he came back, when requested, to make some final adjustments. I would recommend him to any homeowner.

It went beautifully.. He arrived promptly, check out the system, found the problem and proceeded to repair. We also had a few small things for him to adjust. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely use the company again, if needed..

The owner came to provide a quote and was prompt in returning my phone calls when I had additional questions. He did give an estimated timeframe as to when work could start. I followed up with him when it was closer to that timeframe to confirm a specific date. I was most impressed that the owner and his son were the ones doing the work (irrigation), Most of the time, companies just hire other workers. The drilling of the well was done by another company but payment was inclusive in the quote from Jo's Irrigation. The owner offered assistance in coming back to adjust (coverage area ...etc.) or educate/demonstrate (how to add additional lines to drip irrigation, how to winterize) if needed.
