"Scott came out and we surveyed the sit together.  The tree had many running roots on top of the ground and the main concern was to grind these out as close to the house and fence line, even the ones in my neighbors yard.  Scott agreed to everything pointing out every root to clarify the job.  The company contacted Miss Utility and they where out April 29th for the tree cutting.  I just wanted to tree laid down in sections as I had a friend coming by for the wood.  The crew was great and very professional and cut 6' to 8' pieces.They were done and cleaned up in less than an hour.
The stump grinding was slightly more difficult bu nit due to Scott.  Had a vacation planned and the rainy weather just was not going to cooperate before we left or when we got back.  However they kept in contact with us and finally had the stump taken out June 3rd.  There was some confusion with the grinding person HOWEVER Scott's wife handled it quickly and professionally.  The company was very easy to work with even though it was sometimes hard to get a hold of them.  They did however return calls in an expeditious manner.
Would highly use them again as well as recommend them.
