It was a pleasure having Grady work with us. He even stayed in the house at times to make sure he was available for the job. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. In today's world, you may feel like there is no one you can trust with your computer, your data, your personal financial info, or even your identity, but Jim is one person that you can indeed trust.
