Grady took the time to learn their needs and stayed on the job until it was to my satisfaction. He even reworked an entire window just because I didn't like the way that it looked. He replaced broken antique glass with one just as aged and just as historic. If a window had to be completely rebuilt beyond his solid estimate, he did it without any complications to my budget. My windows are not only restored, but they are literally brought back from the past. Any enthusiast will appreciate the lint-seed oil, putty, and antique glass that was all restored to perfection. It was a pleasure having Grady work with us. He even stayed in the house at times to make sure he was available for the job. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I purchased and Angie's List deal ($99 for $200 service) specifically to replace the dryer outlet and plug.  The wiring had fried emitting a horrible fishy smell.  It took them three days to contact me to set up the visit, which was a little longer than I wanted, but Sean Murphy did go out of his way to accommodate an appointment that met my needs.  The electrician showed up at the beginning of the time window I had been given, which was fantastic, and was efficient and professional.  He pointed out that I had a safety issue as the wiring to my dryer was aluminum and that the outlet was bound to fry again sooner or later.  He very patiently explained what it would entail to replace the wiring and wrote down for me exactly what needed to be done and with what materials.  I'll definitely call back and use Murphy Family Electric to get this taken care of.
