He replaced broken antique glass with one just as aged and just as historic. If a window had to be completely rebuilt beyond his solid estimate, he did it without any complications to my budget. My windows are not only restored, but they are literally brought back from the past. Any enthusiast will appreciate the lint-seed oil, putty, and antique glass that was all restored to perfection. It was a pleasure having Grady work with us. He even stayed in the house at times to make sure he was available for the job. In fact, we're going to rename the room in which he stayed to "Grady's Den". Thank for bringing character and craftsmanship to my investment!"

There were a couple of misfires on the installation (e.g. wrong door brought on installation day) and the process took more than 6 months from initial inquiry to final installation (not a swift and agile organization--quite a few layers of bureaucracy). "We had wanted to tile our bathroom floor and shower wall.  We called Ferguson Home Improvements and had them come out and give us an estimate.  We had already purchased the tile which was not a problem for them.  They gave us a great price and began work immediately.  During the process they found mold that was behind the shower wall.  This was a big concern for us because our youngest son has asthma and is highly allergic to mold.  Mr. Ferguson shared our concern and was very thorough in making sure that all the areas were removed and treated. During the construction phase of the project, Mr. Ferguson installed products that would insure that the "mold issue" was not going to happen again.  This was more work than we had planned on but it was well worth the health of our child!  It was very comforting to know that we had someone there doing the work that was knowledgeable in all areas, not just tile installation, and was able to fix the problem correctly.
