"Everything went as promised. The scheduled first visit for an estimate was professional and fair. A planner came to the house to do final measurements and let us know we would be scheduled soon. The wait for actual implementation after we decided to go with it was reasonable. The guys showed up the morning after the first day promised but it worked out fine as they were efficient and hard-working. Unfortunately, we do not speak Spanish, so our communication was limited but that did not matter as they knew exactly what they were planning to do based on the thorough planning. They were friendly and honest and I would not hesitate to have them again. Mr.FIX-IT called after the job to ask if we had any concerns or questions and then processed the invoice after we said it was fine. There were no hidden costs or surprises. We recommend them!"

"We were told they do not do floors. And we wished we had painted first. We had to buy the vanity and medicine cabinet ourselves. We could not find a medicine cabinet with a light, so we bought a separate cabinet with a separate light, and then had to hire an electrician to install those as the Bath Planet worker was not an electrician (but he would have installed a lighted medicine cabinet). Despite them not installing the lighted medicine cabinet, which was in the contract, they would not refund any of the charges per Mike. They would not install simple towel racks -- "not in the contract." So be aware of what you need and want upfront and get it in the contract. The shower stall work looks great. They did come back to adjust a plumbing issue. Another worker did the pocket door and it was evident by the plaster work that he was less experienced. He brought no hardware for opening or closing the door. Overall we are glad for the remodel but we did learn much."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
