"The work was done in a very timely manner with a collaborative spirit. It was a "well oiled machine"! The foremen were friendly and professional answering my questions and explaining everything in detail. The workman teams were amazing and extremely dedicated to the job. Great Work! Thank you!"

"Mike and his son did all the work themselves. Came out and gave a free estimate, priced the project, then got right to work once the job was accepted. They worked quickly, efficiently, and did an excellent job. They kept the workspace clean and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. They punched a hole through the wall to install a new window. The drywall on the inside has a texture and had previously been redone horribly. Mike fixed it right up around the window to match the rest of the walls. On the outside he fabricated a boarder to make the aluminum siding match up with the window frame. Overall it was excellent work!"

"This was not a small project. The team did a complete remodel of my master bath, a partial remodel of my guest bath as well as replacing tile in my kitchen and foyer. Dustin is very easy to work with. I needed someone I could trust when it came to the design of the master bath. Dustin helped me turn my vague concepts into very concrete ideas. His team was wonderful to work with. They were skilled craftsmen who were very respectful of my space, My condo finally feels like home. I would highly recommend this group if you are considering a project. Thank you Coastal Bay."

"Gary was on top of his game. I've worked with chimney sweepers in Stevensville, MD and Newtown Square, PA and Gary was up there with the best. I will continue to hire him on an annual basis."

"If you, or someone you know is in need of construction, Iâ m highly recommend General Contractor, Charles Weyer owner of CMI Construction Group. Long story shortâ ¦..My husband was in search for a construction company to help remodel part of our kitchen. He called about 3 or 4 companies, left voice messages, but no one ever returned our calls. Very frustrating. However, by the Grace of the Lord, upon returning to our vehicle at Home Depot lot, we noticed a business card left on our vehicle that said CMI Construction. I said to my husband, what were the chances!!! It felt like a mini Christmas miracle! My husband called, and about an hour later, Charles of CMI Construction returned his call!! Charles came the same day to look over the project. He started the next day. To shorten this post, Iâ m condensing Charles Weyer work traits. He was here 8 hours, and this is what I observed⠦⠦.Charles attention to detail is awesome, Work ethics are outstanding, very professional, Returns calls, takes pride in his work, Polite, offers suggestions, arrives on time, hard worker, cleaned up his workspace very well. At the end of the job, I heard Charles ask my husband if he was happy with his work. Then proceeded to say, if you are not happy with the outcome of my work, my job is not finished, I want you to be happy. My husband, and I are extremely happy with his workmanship, and that is saying a lot as my husband is very picky. He is new to the area, and looking to build clientele. "John and his helper were efficient, professional, and prompt. The issue was quickly assess, and the job to replace/install external faucets were completed in about 12 minutes. John explained the cautions about the new rubber turning wheel and rust proof devices, to include winter draining procedures. The price to do the work was fair. I am pleased."

"Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Would never choose anyone else!"

"I am having a full master bath and kitchen remodel done with new layouts in both rooms and knocking out a wall. Evolution worked with me to quickly get a drawing done of the new layouts so that the contractor could get started on the project. They made sure to include me in the process so that the design would be done exactly as my wife and I envisioned. They communicated effectively throughout the process and were always courteous and professional. I recommend them to anyone with drafting needs."
