Outstanding. I have worked with a lot of contractors doing a lot of construction projects in the Tidewater area and across the country. MC Builders in Virginia Beach is absolutely the best company I have ever worked with by far! The owner is personally involved with every step of the process from design to completion. His crews are extraordinarily courteous and go out of their way in providing exceptional customer service. The quality of the construction work is exceptional, as my detached garage with living space, kitchen and bath was built to a higher standard than my house (which is a nice house)! Overall, we couldn't be happier with the work and would strongly recommend MC Builders Virginia.

Mike was really easy to work with and kept me informed of every stage. The city was very uncooperative with permits, but Mike kept working on the issues and helped make it happen. I was amazed at how fast his crew worked and the quality of the build. He was also the best price of three other bids. He was half the highest bidder. I would highly recommend MC Builders to anyone wanting an addition or new construction of a garage or workshop.

Demo went ok, new garage looks great, mostly. A leak was discovered a few months after completion. Contractor made three "attempts" to correct the issue, but the leak is still there and only getting worse. Contractor has stopped responding to my emails.

MC Builders did an outstanding job on my detached garage. The entire crew was respectful and easy to talk to. Mike was always available to answer any questions and never tried to sell me on anything that I didn't want. I highly recommend MC Builders!

We got a quote and got the money, but it took 3 months, and then he was too booked up so he couldn't do it. Super nice guy, really great. He was all booked up for the summer. I would still love for him to do the job if he could do it. If he could break free enough, it would be great. He gave me the best quote. He was super helpful. He was here immediately. When i asked for the quote he was here and gave it to me in a short time. I was very impressed with him, if i could get him to do the job now I would be ecstatic.

Mike did a great job on my garage!! He's a great contractor to work with. I was in the process of buying a new home that I could build a decent size garage at. Mike came to the house I had in mind to help brainstorm if it was a good enough layout for what I wanted. After I purchased the house he came over a few more times with different drawings of the style garage I wanted. Every time we met he never made it seem like he had somewhere more important to to be. The work started and was finished in a Timly manner. I had a 26'x36' garage built. The workmanship is well done. They matched the siding to my hose and the whole structure is pleasing to look at. I would choose MC Builders again if I ever need anything else built! The only thing I was a unpleased with is the ruts in the yard from the heavy equipment from the concrete, but I guess that's to be expected. :)

Picked a garage from MC builders galary photos, made some color changes and Mike Cardona and team built exactly what I wanted. From schedules, drawings, permits, inspections and construction everything is done professionally and at a great price. Mike gave me references and I got to see their work before I contracted with them. If you want or need a garage I highly recommend you contact MC Builders. They construct a great building.

Mike and his crew were great. However, I do have 3 quality or attention to detail type comments: 1) I have several cracks in the floor that bug me. They are small, but I still see them. I think a little more prep on the foundation may have prevented this – they poured the concrete over green grass – they didn’t even spray it with roundup to kill it first. And, the gentleman who came back and cut the stress reliefs admitted he may have been a few hours later than desired. 2) The clean-up they did as they left the job site I would rate as mediocre. I ended up doing a lot of the cleanup myself. I realntractors to leave the site picture perfect. They did not. 3) Their concrete truck left a real mess in the gutter out on the street.

Mike was very helpful with design plans. Flexible with plan changes and getting permits. Building progressed as planned and final product is excellent.

That went wonderful because it looks like a little brick house. Everbody I've shown it too wants to move in. They cleaned up behind themselves and there were no problems. They were great.

Can't say enough good things about MC Builders. The owner is very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Total project took 2-3 days. Brought in the materials one afternoon. Next day they framed the shed. A day or two later (because of rain) they put on the shingles and vinyl siding. Cleanup was very thorough. Everything was done quickly and the shed is high quality. I don't think you can find a better quality shed for the price and the owner is a pleasure to work with.
