When minor accidental damage was done to my driveway by the crew the damage was promised to be fixed. GREAT customer service, especially when it came to the accidental damage. Once we decided to have Coastal Bath do our shower remodel, we were happy with the professionalism of everyone involved. We were kept appraised of the progress of our project and the arrival of our products. An install date was arranged. On the install date, the crew arrived right on time. Our installation was a 2 day event, which we were made aware of from the beginning. The team who did our shower, Josh, Robert and JK were incredible. They were efficient, friendly, and clean. They respected our home and our time. When they finished each day, they cleaned up after themselves and replace any furniture that was moved. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

Mr. Meneses ensured that the bricks and mortar matched the other parts of the walls exactly, including the width of the mortar.
