My kitchen is tricky because it's an historic DC building with quirky sizes and fixtures, and it slowed down the process, however no corners were cut and I didn't have to make any compromises. I've gotten used to settling for options I didn't really want thanks to this condo and its oddities, but like I said, it's even better than what I originally wanted. Baltic Construction, was founded in South Orange County, California, in 1989 by Boris Hoffman, who was born and raised in Lithuania. He earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology from the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) in Vilnius, Lithuania. He immigrated to California in 1986 and started working in the construction industry there that year. Initially, he worked as a construction manager for a Los Angeles based development company, remodeling restaurants, hotels, and single family homes, and building new custom homes.
