The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.

He power washed my house and patio, and brick surround, which now looks new again. They use a eco friendly solution (not just water) that mitigates mold, mildew, etc. The best thing was my picket fence had develop dark grey spots of mold all over. He went over it twice and it looks brand new! He did all the work himself for a very reasonable price. Note: I have a small, single story 1200 sqr ft hs. While it would unreasonable to expect the same price for a larger home, I believe you would still get your monies worth."
