"While the materials and communication was good, unfortunately there were some things that left a bad taste and I am not sure I would use them again. While there were some issues that they are addressing quickly, like replacing a part of the door they changed because a piece was smothered with white silicone, and also replacing a panel that was broken when they capped the trim outside my home, and they destroyed my big rosemary bush. I'm baffled as to why they didn't notify me at the moment and instead I had to wait until the walk-through to find out. The forklift person who came to pick up some material that wasn't used left a hole in my driveway. I just sent them some pictures, but haven't heard back, but hopefully this looks like it will be repaired. I am also not happy with how the door looks after the install and the reply from the QA walk-through was 'that is how we seal all the doors'. I appreciate that the amount of clear silicone used will prevent leaks and bugs, it looks like someone watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos and at the end some measurement went wrong and the mistake was covered up with an uneven line of silicone. Time will tell how long the silicone will hold against concrete. "We started working with Jorden to re-slope some gutters to divert storm water. As our low slope shingle roof needed to be replaced, we asked him to provide a proposal to replace the existing roof with a modified bitumen roof system with an additional 3" rigid foam insulation. Kevin helped to provide me with the standard roof flashing and edge details for this type of residential roof system, which they were not familiar with. Kevin and Jorden discussed it with the roof installers and the product manufacturer, and provided whatever was needed, responding promptly throughout the process. They let us know when the material prices were expected to go up so that we could order the materials. During the time that I was not available, they worked with us to revise the schedule, which was much appreciated! The work was planned and executed without any issues, and we are very happy with our new roof. Thank you Kevin and Jorden!"

"Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."

We consulted with several companies and decided to go with The Hone Doctor for our attic insulation. The company rep, Chris Lear, was very good explaining what they would do and why our attic needed R-38 insulation. I knew we needed more but did not realize our attic was only R-13. I have worked with numerous contractors before on projects and felt this was a really good company plus they have great reviews. The installation of the attic insulation went very well. They do install siding as well but decided to put this project off for now. Would highly recommend this company."

Then sprayed water on the cricket, water came in. Exterior Medics would not admit any fault. Had it repaired, no leak, no problem since then.
