"They were very responsive. I called for an estimate and they completed it on the same day and left it for me on my front door. Oscar called me the next day to discuss the estimate and I hired them for the job. Oscar called me when the weather forecast was for snow and asked if they could do the job on Sunday rather than Monday. That was helpful to me too. He said they would arrive between 8:00 & 9:00 AM and they pulled in at 8:50. Perfect. Once they got into the repair they found that the one liner was cracked all around the top and should be replaced. They had the liner and were able to replace it. They did the work in one day, cleaned up, they were extremely careful with my roof and gutters. Since the weather was calling for snow they covered the chimney and will return to take the cover off once the weather clears. They were very professional, polite and thorough. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone that needs masonry work. They were a pleasure to deal with."
