"They were very responsive. I called for an estimate and they completed it on the same day and left it for me on my front door. Oscar called me the next day to discuss the estimate and I hired them for the job. Oscar called me when the weather forecast was for snow and asked if they could do the job on Sunday rather than Monday. That was helpful to me too.
