Dexter's shop is literally a mile from my house. I think it would have been prudent for him to swing by and see the issue for himself. I decided after a few days of not hearing from Dexter, to contact someone else to solve the issue. While Dexter Well and Plumbing is fast to respond to the initial problem, they seem less concerned if there are issues after the fact."
