"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The main house re-roofing went fine. The carport/storage shed flat roof, not so good. The initial project, remove old roof, bad plywood and wood joists, replace with 30lb paper and 5v metal, well. After the first rain, leaks were discovered. The contractor came back and replaced the 30lb felt with ice and snow shield and re-screwed down the metal. A couple of good rains and the roof still leaks. Not a big leak, but little leaks turn into big ones and then major repair.
I have tried to get them to come back out to repair the very minor leak for at least 6 weeks now, and all I have gotten from them is lip/text service. It will take me more time to write this negative review about their poor customer service
 then it will to make the repair!!! By the way,  the roof repair is only about 3-4 months old.

"Kyle and his team did an amazing job! Within 30 minutes of my initial inquiry, I was talking to Kyle on a Saturday night. When he came to provide an estimate he actually got up on the roof and gave me a quote on the spot. I appreciated that because he took the time to check it out so we both knew what we were getting in to... no surprises or at least a reduced risk of them. They ran into a few rainy days and some obstacles, but kept us in the loop. "Not only did Jason make my day by letting me know that the cracks were a normal part of the house settling and no repairs were needed, he also took the time to show me a few other structural incidents around the house. He pointed out a few things that we could purchase on our own to keep moisture away from under the house and answered a few general questions I had about some other places in the house. When I asked the charge at the end, he said absolutely nothing. I was shocked and was incredibly impressed at the information he elected to give me about our home and that it was for no other reason than just to help me understand our house and potential things that could happen down the line. He was professional and courteous and I learned a ton (that I didn't expect to but was quite glad I did) in a matter of 15 minutes.
