The soffit and walls turned out really nice. We were very particular about how we wanted the wall texturing to look, and Paul was very patient with us and did everything we asked. "I have to admit, I was really disappointed with my overall experience. I was told that I could one time do a reimbursement. First off, why would you do that if you have already paid for service?!?! Then it took almost a week to get some one to address my situation. Now, I do realize that it does take time to get things rolling, but a week?? The gentleman that came to do the work was knowledgeable, but he didn't want to work with he Google representative to make sure that my NEST was/wasn't working properly. He was very short with the rep. and after several minutes of debating with him finally gave in and addressed both of our concerns. The other concern I had was, I was told that I would not have to pay anything this time, because of the delay, yet the rep. said I owed $65.00. He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"

"2 gentleman from Walls Construction and Handyman came out and cleaned gutters thoroughly. While there they did free roof inspection and found that 2 roof boots were cracked. They notified me and I told them to go ahead and repair them. They are one of the most outstanding companies I have ever had come out and do work on my house. Greg Maratto was very polite, experienced and just an over all joy. The office staff was also very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend using this company for any of your construction/handyman needs.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
