"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

David was on time and very professional. He spent an appropriate amount of time evaluating the 2 areas we had requested. He documented the inspection w/ photos, measurements, and sketches. He provided a verbal preliminary report and is to provide a written final report w/ specifications for the mods we are proposing. (Removing a wall upstairs and a post downstairs.) We were happy to hear that our mods were going to be less complicated than originally thought and consequently less expensive. We have the peace of mind that the proposed changes are structurally sound and will be done correctly.

No call so I called and left a message. My call was returned promptly by Amanda with many apologies. She explained that the company was going thru a bit of a change. I was very appreciative of her honesty. She gave me the numbers for the roofing supplier and another client to assure me all would go well. She certainly kept her word and the work was done in a timely manner. She came to my home several times and called throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly. We needed to do some adjustment to the original price and we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement. My only concern was that I am still picking up nails and staples in my yard. They did go around with a magnet and blew off the roof but I am still picking up debris. Amanda showed a great deal of integrity. I would use this company again. "
