I would recommend Ed’s Plumbing over and over again. We hired Ed to come and run a line from our house to the City line - this consisted of having to go through our driveway and down the yard, and connect through our wall to the house. He was able to make it out quickly to give me a quote. His prices were the best of all the people who came and quoted the job I needed done. He was back to do the job within a reasonable amount of time and his arrival was prompt the morning he said he would be there to work. He updated me throughout the day via phone call, even though we were just inside the home. Him and his partner worked quickly. The job was done in one day and our yard and driveway was left in good condition considering the type of work that was done. He got all approvals and inspections completed by the city without me having to lift a finger. Him and his partner were so kind. 10/10 would recommend Ed’s Plumbing!

I was referred to Ed’s Plumbing in Monday. I called him and he came out Monday around 5. Looked it over and gave me a quote. He was here, just as he said he would be by 9 am! He and his men worked all day, though had our water restored by lunch! He’s highly professional, extremely reasonable for our very long line. He was a joy to work with and I will use him again. He does outside- doesn’t do inside plumbing. Great company!!!

It was such a smooth process. My water heater started leaking the night before and I got busy cleaning it all up and started looking for a plumber at the same time. Got no one to answer that night so the next day I called Ed. He said I got him on a slow day. He asked for a picture and measurements and the size of my current water heater. They came out and made it look really easy and Ed is a really really nice gentleman so is Diego. No issues at all, would definately recommend Ed and also use him again!

Very responsive. Ed came out and inspected our problem. Ed did not charge for inspection. Based on the job, he recommended another plumber (Jereme Grisenti- Grisenti Plumbing Co) who specialized in faucets. Ed called the other plumber for us and the other plumber was very responsive-came out within hours and fixed our problem. Thank you Ed and Jereme.

Ed's Plumbing responded to my need for help within hours of my initial call. Ed arrived late in the day (second week of November 2017), about 2 hours before dark, and immediately went to work on my problem. He could not complete the project before dark, but told me he suspected a broken main line feeding the septic tank. Ed came back early the next morning with heavy equipment and dug up the soil surrounding my septic tank. He was correct in his original diagnosis that the main sewer line was severed. Ed and his assistant completed the repair, and the back fill within about four hours. Ed is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and above all friendly. I would recommend him to anyone needing quality work at fair prices. He is certainly deserving of Angie's List highest award for super service.

It took forever before he got to us. We had one drainage thing in the back that had collapsed, and he was good about responding to that. He built it up a little bit more.

It required some electrical work. I wasn't here when he was here. He was outside. It didn't meet code with my electrician. He isn't an license electrician, but I would have liked an call that I rigged this up and you might want to get an electrician, because the cord wasn't long enough. I was a little displeased with that. He has done work for us in the past. He was trying to help us out, and the sump pump croak in the crawl space. He did drainage work for us in the past. I could have gotten an phone call, because it was an hazard stand point.

Ed is very experienced and easy to work with. He communicates well and takes good care of his customers. He also knows a lot about his craft and shares that knowledge freely. Ed never pressured me into making a decision and was very up-front about costs. I plan to use him for all my plumbing needs. One caveat, Ed is so good at his job that lots of people hire him. This makes him very busy. This sometimes caused delays, but Ed was very good at letting me know in advance, so rescheduling was never inconvenient.

Ed and Diego were a pleasure to deal with. They were both professional, polite, honest and punctual. They provided excellent quality work digging the trench in my back yard and covering everything back after inspection. I watched Ed work the backhoe for several minutes during the digging phase and he demonstrated impeccable accuracy and control with the bobcat backhoe. Diego made the finishing touches with his shovel to ensure my lawn would make a speedy recovery. Ed, thank you so much for your service. I will definitely call you again and look forward to it. We need more honest hardworking men like Ed and Diego.

Ed and his assistant used different methods, both conventional and unconventional, to clear the sewer without having to dig the line out. This resulted in a great savings for me.

He did a very good job. Came out and gave us an honest and open feedback on what it was going to take and the cost. Very quick to respond and come out and take care of us. I think they did a pretty good job all in all. It was a lot of money but it was fair.

Disaster. Plumber left & presented bill for payment as if all work complete, then upon fluids in pipe IMMEDIATE backup into house occurred...calked Plumber & he admitted he cleared one end of pipe fine but when other end would take more persistence & effort he just leftvwithout dusclising that he had NOT cleared the piping & left my home at risk of backup onto floors WHICH OCCURRED .... PLUMBER KNEW HE DID NOT COMPLETE JOB PAID FI R BUT SECRETLY WITHHELD THAT FACT & DISHONESTLY TOOK PAYMENT & left site leaving house in harms way of more flooding with NO honest warning....& that occurred same day. Upon contact Plumber Ed admitted he just didnt tell me truth & IF I wanted him to come back & finish the job he received pmt already on THEN I would have to recall my house policy people & get them to cover another work order & double pay him or he wasnt returning to complete what he was hired for & paid for ALREADY. House policy people would no way pay on a doubling-scam like that, so Ed stayed gone with pmt received & never returned to complete repair he already received pay for. A total scam professional!!!!

Ed came when expected and was thorough and congenial. He was very knowledgeable, and knew EXACTLY what to do and did not hesitate to start the job. His used his backhoe dug down 6' or more and he worked til he found the leak at the pipe. Then cut the pipe and fixed the seal and found the clog, and then came in and put a rotor rooter down the one toilet until he knew it was running clear.
Before he was through everything was looking exactly as if the yard was never dug up! The cost was fair, based on what he did. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend.

We had someone to pump it over a year ago and in three months the problem came back. We tried several things to take care of the problem but it didn't help. My husband called Ed's Plumbing and told him what was happening and how long we have been dealing with the problem. He came out and discovered the problem, explained to my husband what the problem and fixed it. He also made some suggestion to help us not have future problems. It did take a couple days...but it was a major problem. He coordinated with other providers that we needed also. I will call him first if we every have any plumbing needs.
