From starting to finish they were amazing. 4 months of no heat or air during the summer due to warrenty company negligence. Finally got hooked up with fannon and A++ service. Less then a week from diagnosis to a new unit. Went above and beyond woth customer service. I will be using them for any and all future needs. Could not speek highly enuff about them!!!!!

Chris Fannon arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and went to bat for me with Choice Home Warranty Company. He even made a second trip to take photos to send Choice. Once I finally got a partial ok to replace my AC unit, Fannon and Sons came promptly to install the unit and explain the installation. I highly recommend Fannon and Sons.
