Explained work to be done and made sure to use shoe booties before entering the home. Explained service contract that I placed on both HVAC's and the cost which in my opinion was very reasonable for biannual checkup. My only comment is since I did sign up for their maintenance plan I would expect to receive an email acknowledging this service other than the invoice for work performed. I am not sure if they will be in contact with me to remind me to schedule these appts since it was not done at time of repair or if I am just expected to call."
