Hiring Happiness Guaranteed Maids was the first time we used house cleaning services in the 20 years we have lived in Northern Virginia. We discovered pleasantly that Happiness Guaranteed Maids delivers. I contacted Scott and Happiness Guaranteed Maids through Angie’s List and told him that we needed four bathrooms cleaned. Scott provided me a rough order of magnitude price, and we agreed on a date. On the date of our service, Scott and his partner arrived right on time. They went to work right away and had all the professional cleaning equipment and products with them. I had several conference calls to make and just had to show Scott and his partner the bathrooms. They worked quietly and efficiently and completed the work under two hours what would have taken me a week to perform. The results were excellent. The bathtubs were super-clean, and the shower tiles and grout looked great. They did an excellent job on the floors and did all the dusting as well. They did an excellent job on the sinks and eliminated some mildew built up behind the faucet knobs. When they completed the job, I discovered that the price was less I expected. We are delighted with Scott and his partner from Happiness Guaranteed Maids and will engage them again in the future. We highly recommend Happiness Guaranteed Maids.

The Happiness Guaranteed Maids website boasts that they will leave you with a “cleaner than clean” house. Scott and his team fully live up to this claim. I was left with a home that seemed to sparkle and glow! When deciding whether to hire Happiness Guaranteed Maids I reached out to the company with a list of general questions. Scott responded quickly to my inquiry, thoroughly answered my questions, and provided flexible scheduling options. The house cleaning exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend this business to others. This hard working, professional team demonstrated excellent attention to detail and performed an impressive, thorough cleaning. A few examples of the high level of quality service provided: - Both the interior and exterior windows (where reasonable to do so) were thoroughly cleaned. The blinds were wiped down, not just lightly dusted; all the smudges and fingerprints removed. - Years of caked-on dust was removed from my light fixtures - from the outside of the fixtures and also from within the globes themselves. - The tiny knick-knacks were individually wiped down, even the numerous tiny bottles of essential oils lined up along my shelf. - My pre-teen daughter was so surprised and in awe of the thorough cleaning. She said she almost didn’t recognize her room. To me, that excited statement translates to “cleaner than clean”. Thank you again for providing this amazing service. I can’t wait to tackle our next cleaning project together!

It went very well. The two-person team arrived on time, they worked thoroughly and efficiently, and they were very friendly and courteous.

I scheduled a cleaning of my apartment as I was moving out. They showed up at the scheduled time, but I was not ready. Scott graciously rescheduled and was able to come back the very next day. Their cleaning was very thorough and I couldn’t ask for a better cleaning. I HIGHLY recommend HGM Cleaning and his rates are very reasonable!!

Exceptional service. I will be using them again and referring to family! We have well water and our toilets+ jacuzzi tub were stained. I am beyond happy with the look of our bathroom now. Wonderful. They were on time (early actually), very pleasant, time efficient, and did amazing work. Our house needed to be cleaned before we moved in with our newborn, and I now feel comfortable bringing a baby home there. Would highly recommend!

Though Scott and his partner were very professional & friendly, I expected a deep-clean (which I requested), but noticed they did not do an efficient clean in some areas. Unfortunately, I was not home when they finished (I left them with my spouse). There were areas of dust on shelves & tables and the bathroom did not get a good scrub. I will say, Scott did a fantastic job cleaning my glass-top stove. Next time I get a cleaning, I'll make sure I'm there upon completion .

I was selling my house and needed a move-out cleaning. Scott and his helper went above and beyond to get my house finished quickly. The attention to detail was outstanding. They resurrected my home! I thought I would need to spend money to have the house repainted. There were paint spills from years before that I had never been able to remove. They were able to remove all paint droppings on my hardwood, linoleum, and tile floors. They transformed my home and I sold the home for more than I was asking. I am grateful for the hard work Happiness Guaranteed Maids did. Scott and his helper are cleaning gurus! I have had many cleaners in the past and no one comes close to the detail and art of cleaning! Great! Scott and crew have been great and the work is exceptional! The cleaning is excellent and I am happy that I selected them! I would highly recommend! Today (without my asking) they cleaned the scuff marks on the stair risers which was a very nice surprise!!

I hired Happiness Guaranteed Maids for a move out cleaning. Scott was so helpful in every step of the process. He was very responsive to my needs and was there when the job was finished to walk through to make sure everything was perfect. The estimate was very accurate and there were no surprises. Completely empty house for moving. House had been cleaned by realtors cleaning service, but we were surprised at what wasn’t cleaned. Who wants to buy a dirty house? Scott first did a walk thru with us to see what needed to be done. Then Scott and associate came back to clean the next da. Everything on our list and more was thoroughly cleaned. When they were done the house not only shined, but smelled clean. Did a final walk thru at Scott’s suggestion before paying. What a big difference they made. Would hire them over and over. Highly recommend them.

Scott and his assistant did an excellent job. They were thorough and went the extra mile to make sure everything I asked for was done. They focused on the details of the job and left no stone unturned. Scott even took down the dome lights and cleaned them all out inside. My house sparkled and smelled so good and best of all, his products are mostly natural. All in all, I was completely satisfied with how my house turned out and have decided to use Happiness Guaranteed Maids on a bi-weekly basis now!
