I have decent knowledge of construction and have dealt with many contractors over the years. Troy and Mark were pleasant to work with, and obviously take pride in their work. Much of the work was completed by their 2-man team (i.e. framing, trim work, flooring, cabinet/countertop installation, and painting). I was impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail. Troy's subcontractors were equally skilled. Also, I appreciated and incorporated Troy's suggested modifications to the original plan. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

Their lifetime warranty is legitimate and very valuable. Due to the Corona Virus, our latest project design consultation (French Doors) was done over the telephone using a ZOOM application.
