"XPress Movers helped me move my stuff from a storage unit into my newly completed house. They showed up at the scheduled time and notified me of their ETA. Once there, they took very good care of my things by wrapping furniture items in moving pads/blankets and plastic wrap designed for moving. I paid them a flat fee for the move and I was surprised to find out that wrapping my furniture in this method was included in the price. The 2 men that moved me were very polite and friendly and treated my stuff as it if were their own. More importantly, they did not bang up my brand new house (new construction) or scuff up any walls, though my house doesn't have any particularly tough corners or tight spots. In fact, 2 days after my move and I could not find even a single mark they left behind. The price they charged me was exactly what they quoted and found it to be very reasonable for a relatively easy and straight forward move.

I was definitely impressed!! Even w/a short notice move window they were able to meet date requested & complete the move. On move day team lead ck'd in 1st thing to confirm all details - made me aware of computer outage putting a possible glitch in day's agenda. Even though team arrived 45min later than scheduled they worked together efficiently & made the moving window(elevator res) & then delivered load on time. Load was a split delivery w/majority off loaded at a storage unit & rest at 3rd floor apt - having no elevator presented no problem!! She hired A Plus Moving to pack and move her, and also to move some of her furniture to my sister in Bowie MD, Mother has hired professional movers 11 times for both long and short distance moves. A Plus provided the best service of any of the movers she has used. They were very professional, courteous, efficient and considerate. Everything was well packed and came out undamaged. They were efficient. The building my mother moved to has a very short time frame for move in. Everything was moved in the required limited time frame, even though they had a very full truck with an enormous number of boxes and lots of furniture. They were careful with her furniture, wrapping the furniture on the way out and unwrapping at delivery. In addition, they were very polite and respectful to my elderly mother.
