He came out and did a thorough assessment of the work to be done, explained his process, and provided a fair estimate. The work was scheduled within just a few days. Excellent communication, regular updates. Anthony takes pride in his work and with good reason - our carpet looks new! He even freshened up our living room carpet at no extra charge. "I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

"The team exceeded our expectations. They showed up in a timely manner, were courteous and had the job done within the hour. They use professional equipment and added free deodorizer to our carpets. My oriental rug looks like it came out of the store. Due to our pets we had some tough stains but with superior fabric cleaners, non of the stains survived. My carpets is clean, fresh and ready for the next person to move in. Highly recommend this company."
