We are a Vegetable farm and garden center. We grow produce for our produce stand located at the farm and for local grocery stores. We have greenhouses to provide you with bedding and vegetable plants, trees and shrubs. We deliver mulch, topsoil and gravel year round. In the fall we have pick your own pumpkins with hayrides, corn maze and much more.

She established 2 other thriving daycare centers in the Ruther Glen area, but decided to reorganize her business. She moved her center to her home which is a wonderful growing center for children. Everyone has had criminal background checks. She has many different programs to help your child learn and grow. Miss Alyson even offers Parents Night Out, a Mobile 1/2 Day care on weekends throughout the community, before and after school programs, Girl Scout Badge training, Safety Camps. Miss Alyson is very innovative in the child care arena and works with parents to help met their ever changing needs. Look for new and different programs that she will be introducing throughout the year.

Buying plants from a nursery is one thing, but ensuring that they are properly planted is another. Garden nurseries offer many plants to make your home and garden flourish. In-container plants are one option, including perennials, annuals, and small shrubs or trees. Large hedge plants and roses are called bare-root plants, meaning they have not been potted. The best time to plant is between spring and autumn. Springtime weather is typically mild and is when nurseries start to bloom. The first sign of fall is another great opportunity to plant biennials if you live in southern states, or a lovely vegetable garden up north.
If you’re hiring a landscaper to plant the garden of your dreams, you do not need to provide them with plants that you bought yourself from a nursery. While you certainly can provide your landscaper with plants, keep in mind that some nurseries provide discounts to landscaping companies, therefore potentially lowering your materials cost. Beyond the cost of the plants themselves, you need to have additional materials like topsoil and mulch for the project. Most likely, your landscaper can get a discount on these materials as well, so it’s worth speaking with them before making any large purchases.
