"The work quality is very good and was completed within the discussed time frame. The cost seemed high but we sought competing bids with no success. The construction crew was cooperative, friendly, and eager to please. Only one of them was proficient in English, however, and he was not on site at all times. This made communication difficult at times. Senior management with whom the project was initiated did not seem to have a good handle on the scheduling of the construction crew or their progress. On two different days they told us to expect work to be done but nobody showed up. On one of those days they admitted to being unaware that work was not underway. But for these communication issues we would give them higher ratings."
