"Very easy to set up appointment.  Owner patiently answered all my questions and suggested best configurations.  Technician showed up on time.
I did not rate A for quality because 1) installation technician did not clean up. I had to sweep the garage floor multiple times to remove wire pieces, and most annoyingly, many staples used to secure wires on the wall.  2) although all three doors were tuned during installation, one of them began to have loud squeaking noises after one month.  I finally contacted the company three months after installation about the noise issue.  They sent technicians out on the same day and fixed it for me.
Overall, I will highly recommend this company.

"The comfort specialist (Tim) was professional and knowledgeable. He came well prepared to explain the choices and options available, measured our old system and made suggestions. He showed us a brochure with pictures of the various systems, etc. He answered our questions which we really appreciated since we have never purchased a system before. He even came out a second time to answer other questions so we could make up our minds. Some company's comfort specialists measured, gave us limited information and then gave us links to websites to make our choices. We found that confusing. The installers were professionals and well prepared. They did have to come back another day to install the humidifier. The installation of the filter proved to be somewhat of a challenge, special ordering it, getting the right equipment and having it installed. All is in now and we are happy with the system and have been warm and cozy during these frigid days/nights. Pope was recommended to us by a friend and her recommendation proved to be accurate. We would hire them again."

"All communications with the business owner Jose Sosa were through Angie's List and text message. Communications responsiveness was good. Jose discussed options with me every step of the way. Sosa is a small business, so his approach was not like a large contractor. I was somewhat uncomfortable with his approach early on, but I took a chance and am very happy I engaged Sosa for this work. Shout out to the tile installer Pedro, who did a fantastic job installing the tile. I worked with the designer recommended by Sosa. I was happy with their expertise and they had a very large inventory of tile and vanities from which to choose. I purchased the materials using Sosa's business discount. Sosa picked up the materials when necessary according to his work schedule. The bathroom was a standard single family house bathroom. We will very likely engage Sosa to remodel our master bathroom which is roughly three times the size of our standard bathroom."
