"In a panic I paid Adcock's $95 just for an inspection. They confirmed that there were probably raccoons (I don't think they actually saw any). They quoted a high cost to set up traps and prevent any animals from entering through the openings to the basement. I then called another trapper that was recommended who did a FREE inspection and did not find any raccoons or signs of any having been there. For a much more reasonable price he placed traps that would catch any animals that might be in the house (none were caught) and also from outside. I paid him and he caught a raccoon from outside the house and took him away to be let loose in the woods in the country somewhere (far away from my house). I called Adcock to ask if they might refund the $95 inspection fee that I had paid in my panic but they refused. I have never heard any noises in my basement ceiling again, so I believe there were certainly never any raccoons; I might have been hearing mice, which I did have. I used an exterminator to control those."

"I have used Safeway TPC many times and am a repeat customer. Serge couldn't be a more genuine and high caliber guy. Safeway TPC staff has successfully helped me with multiple groundhogs eating my garden, raccoons getting in my trash, 3 different yellow jacket nests in the ground. Safeway TPC has helped me with snakes several times trying to eat my birds. They have all the right knowledge and tools. I also use Safeway TPC on a regular basis for termite control with sprays. Speaking of termites I hired them to apply termite control in the foundation while building my home. They know all the laws and have the certifications. Serge knows his stuff. I wouldn't trust anyone else to help with pests than Safeway TPC. They also have repaired holes and entryways for pests to get in my house. Safeway TPC has a very experienced and capable staff. It would be a mistake to pass up on them and call a national brand where they don't care about you. Call Safeway TPC, it's a locally owned business and they will make sure you're a satisfied customer."

"The company was incredibly responsive: a field representative came out the day of our request; and, the next day a very helpful and careful technician took care of the problem. He removed the two birds in the dryer vent pipe, kept them alive and watched them fly away! He cleaned out the nesting material, put an animal-preventative cover on the outside vent and sprayed a mite-control compound in the vent piping.
