"My experience with Copper Fox was absolutely terrible. The sales representative, Harold, assured me the project was 2-3 weeks. We started the project in early May. Copper Fox was very gracious and took a two hour lunch break instead of a one hour lunch break everyday so that my son could sleep. I knew that this accommodation would likely make the project take a little longer, but would only affect the loud portion of construction which was framing and some of the screwing during the installation of drywall. Copper Fox did not finish the project until the end of September because they failed to order materials in a timely manner. On top of the project delay the workmanship was extremely shoddy and they failed to communicate with me in a timely manner. Their "project manager" barely came to site and didn't show up for the final inspection I had to handle it myself. I am happy to share my contract and all email correspondence."

His inspection did not reveal any emergent issues with my 25 year old house but he did take the time to show me about encapsulating my crawlspace which will improve insulation properties and keep the area just about maintenance free. Included is a 25 year warranty which is transferable should I sell the house. I completely recommend JES and their inspector Tony Hall. I will be calling them to inspect and make recommendations to my next home when purchased."

A word of advice is to screenshot and save all quotes DFC Home Improvements sends out, as I believe they are modified and update previous versions on their site. Ultimately, we were happy with the quality of work. The project was completed in six weeks, when expected to finish in five. The total cost was $45,950 when the quote was for $38,750 about 18.5% over estimate. I have other projects that I wanted to complete in the future, but I think I will find another contractor for those."
