"Steve came out on time and was very professional and overall just a nice guy.  He assessed the damage and confirmed that there was mold. He tested for moisture and felt that there would be minimal damage beyond replacing the cabinet. I appreciate his sincerity in advising us to use a handyman or similar service to replace the cabinet since his company focused more on the restoration and cleanup and our need for those services was minimal and would be more costly.  I also appreciate that he tested a few other areas in our home where we had had previous leaks to test for moisture and water damage.
