"He did a great job on the drywall, so I hired him again to do the deck work. He did a good job on the wood replacement last fall. He told me it needed to dry before staining and he would do that work this spring. After several reschedules, he finally washed the deck and promised to come back to sand/ stain. All summer, when I texted to schedule, he kept saying he’d get back to me. He wouldn’t commit to a date to finish. By the end of summer, he finally told me he couldn’t do it and I could find someone else. Also, he had increased his quote by 25% from when he gave it to me in the fall."
