On our first house Rocael completely remodeled our 1950's bathroom and did great tile work. On our second house he added a small deck for our grill which looks great and a fence/gate. He also remodeled our entire basement. Installing new drywall and insulation, new exterior/interior doors, new bathroom remodel (with excellent tile work) - Did duct work, and demo entire existing plaster ceiling and replaced it with drywall and added can lights. Created a nook under the stairs with great wood work, and also a great paint job throughout. "Bledar and Vasil did a fantastic job on our home! Initially, we had issues with some rotted wood on an exterior door, but we also had some concerns with our home's exterior. Even more helpful was that Balteza was willing to agree to convenient financing terms that allowed us to repair some very serious issues on our home within our budget and on a timeline that worked best for our family. In terms of the work itself, we were blown away by how amazing our home looked once Balteza's projects were complete. They painted our entire home, all the trim, made extensive repairs to damaged areas on the exterior of our home, and completely rebuilt our front and side stoops with beautiful stone. "The company was very busy and took about three weeks from initial contact to complete the work. They were very professional and kept to the estimate of the work. While performing the work they noticed the dead bolt to the home's front door did not line up correctly to the door jam and adjusted it for smoother operation without charging anything extra. The storm door now fits tightly to the door jam and the deadbolt works great. In the future, they will be given the first opportunity for additional handyman services. "
