"By the time we realized our cat was urinating on the dining room oriental rug, he had been doing it for so long, that the hardwood floor underneath was ruined.  We just knew there was no hope for the oriental rug.  We were sick as it coordinated with the living rug.  Don cleaned the living room rug in the house and took the dining rug to his plant.  He did many cleanings on it and was actually able to save it.  The dyes (it had burgundy and blues in it) did not bleed and the smell was gone.  We were elated with the results and are forever thankful to Don for all his patience in restoring our rug.

"Reggie and Ashley are rock stars! It's always rewarding coming home after having them clean my house, very detail oriented! "I was pleased. Because my house is huge, I have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including the $176, it came to $300. They did a good job. 

Once we worked out a schedule, they came, it was 2 people, normally she said she has three but one of them was sick. I mean they really worked, they did an excellent job! And then, they hadn't quite finished up at the end of that day, so one more came out the next day and spent another whole day. I could not complain. In fact they're coming tomorrow. 

For what they had to do, I would say a B+ for price, no, make that an A.

"Treated myself to a Big Deal for $99 (6 hrs of cleaning, or 3hrs with 2 people). This is the 2nd time I’ve had someone clean my house, the previous time was also an Angie’s List Big Deal, about 2 years ago. I was so pleased with their services. Paula and her co-worker worked diligently and left my house sparkling. I have a split level home, about 1,500 square feet, occupied by 4 adults and a furry dog. When Paula arrived we discussed my priorities. They were the 3 bathrooms (one was especially in rough shape) and the kitchen. I told her anything else would be bonus as far as I was concerned. They did a great job with the bathrooms and the kitchen, and on top of that vacuumed the living/dining room, hallway & stairs, and mopped the tile floor in my family room. It was so wonderful to have this taken care of before the holiday season."
