Customers say: Quick response

"Marvin & crew did a great job cleaning film off of our newly installed Vinyl Plank floors due to improper cleaning by installer. Great communication & worked around our schedule. Hard to find someone who would make the long trip to our rural location. Hopefully will not need them again, but will call if we do."

"Reggie and Ashley are rock stars! It's always rewarding coming home after having them clean my house, very detail oriented! Being pregnant, it's not always easy to get the bathrooms and floors cleaned well so it's a huge treat (seriously think baby shower gifts... ) to not have to do it! They didn't miss a thing. When they say "top to bottom deluxe cleaning", they mean TOP TO BOTTOM! They did another wonderful job today. I have been using All Shine for over 4 months now, and I still very impressed. Thank you for the amazing work! They gave me a quote for $155 every other week and $310 for a deep cleaning."

"I was pleased. Because my house is huge, I have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including the $176, it came to $300. They did a good job.

Once we worked out a schedule, they came, it was 2 people, normally she said she has three but one of them was sick. I mean they really worked, they did an excellent job! And then, they hadn't quite finished up at the end of that day, so one more came out the next day and spent another whole day. I could not complain. In fact they're coming tomorrow.

For what they had to do, I would say a B+ for price, no, make that an A.

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

You can regularly clean your Marmoleum® flooring by sweeping, vacuuming, and damp mopping with a neutral cleaner. Avoid using highly abrasive materials or high-pH cleaners to prevent cracking, warping, or discoloration, and never wet mop, as heavy water exposure can damage the floors. Marmoleum® floors have a topcoat called TopShield preinstalled, so you do not need to polish them.

The best solution for mopping floors depends on the type of floor you have, but a good all-around or multi-purpose DIY floor cleaner is 2 cups of warm water, 5 to 10 drops of liquid dish soap, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. This is safe to use on tile, laminate, wood, polished concrete, vinyl, and more, as it’s relatively neutral and lacks caustic and abrasive chemicals that could be harmful to children and pets. You can also use a multi-purpose commercial cleaner, but make sure to follow the directions for safety.

Both buffing and polishing increase the longevity of your floors by removing scratches and buildup, but they are different processes. Polishing removes the top layer of your floor, removing surface-level scuffs and scratches. Buffing your floor involves filling the scratches and scuffs with a buffing solution. No matter which method you choose, you can rest assured that both techniques will leave your floor looking shiny and new.

Each flooring material has its own maintenance requirements and cleaning techniques. For example, hardwood floors may require occasional refinishing and specialized cleaning products, while vinyl and laminate are easy to clean with regular sweeping and mopping. Concrete and natural stone, on the other hand, may need periodic sealing to maintain their appearance and durability. Follow manufacturer recommendations and utilize appropriate cleaning methods to preserve the integrity of your chosen flooring material.

Buffing will only remove scratches at the surface level of your flooring. You may also need to apply hardwood floor wax to restore the wax layer. To remove deeper scratches, you’ll need another floor repair method like sanding; however, if you sand the floor, you’ll also need to stain and seal it.
