"Cole Electric has good communication with the customer from your first inquiry, email & text follow up . They requested photos of what I need to address so they understand all aspects of the job. The office contacted me to say the electrician could arrive early. The 2 electricians were professional knowledgeable and addressed my concerns. The ceiling fan installed by someone else was missing screws on the down rod as well as other things not done correctly. They replaced the missing screws, rebuilt the fan and reinstalled it. No more wobble. The 2 under cabinet light fixtures were installed perfectly, no extra cables showing. You get what you pay for and Cole Electric electricians do the job right the first time. I recommend this company and will use them again."

"Did a good job. Came in with 'booties' on to protect my floors. Knew my job would take a while so they sent two teams. They also worked well with everybody in the house situation, I had people putting in an alarm system and resurfacing a tub all at the same time. I also felt the final bill was very reasonable given the time they put into the project. I had all of the wall sockets switched out, a flat screen TV mounted with new outlets placed behind it, a new fan installed, and special dimmer switches set up in two of my bedrooms and it all went smoothly."

"The initial call for Mike's services was for our Kitchen ceiling and backsplash but after seeing how professional they preformed their duties, we decided to utilize his services for our loose stair posts. The previous contractor failed to secure the posts properly thereby causing it to be a major safety violation. Mike pulled the permit and endured a grueling tongue lashing from the city inspectors due to 3-D Unlimited owner/ Danny Brinkley's lackluster workmanship and ability to perform as a true contractor. Permits were never pulled! To make a long story short, Mike fixed the problem and gave our family the safety peace of mind needed for daily usage. "The floor was fantastic. The plaster work was behind schedule, so we had to rush the work to some degree because we were losing our current housing and needed to move in. The plaster work on the soffit was passable. The ceiling throughout the house is noticeably uneven. The ceiling was hastily primed, but I do not believe it was painted. Debris from the ceiling plaster remained throughout the house. The team doing the plaster work was unprofessional and messy. Mr. Wolak was professional and understanding. He acknowledged the poor quality of the ceiling work. He offered to have his crew return to correct it, but we had moved in and didn't want them back, so he waived the small remaining balance of our invoice. Hopefully Wolak doesn't use the same plaster crew in the future."
