This company came to my home in Chesapeake. I had received 4 estimates and they were the best. Got on the schedule quickly. They were even able to come a day early They are very polite, respectful, honest, and hard working They are VERY REASONABLE during these hard times Please call them I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Levi was very quick to help us out. He was there within hours of our call. He laid out all of our options for how we could fix the issue with our panel and was incredibly helpful with making us feel safe and taken care of. They even set up the inspection with the city to verify that the work they did was correct! I would recommend this company to anybody in need of great electrical work!

Levi and his crew were courteous and expeditious. He was able to fix all the hits on my home inspection & PICRA before closing. He also provided information on items that didn't need to be fixed because it was in code (something a general home inspector isn't familiar with).

I had a problem with my hot water heater not working. After selecting an electrician through Home Advisor I couldn't wait two more days to get the problem fixed. So I contacted the company to see if they could come out today. Levi from "A Real Estate Electric showed up 25 minutes after the call and made a thorough inspections and found that not only was the breaker to the hot water heater bad, but two others as well. He explained and showed me what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. He did only what needed to be done and didn't try to oversell any mysterious issues. When it was all said and done, everything was fixed as it should be and at a very fair price. If I could give him 6 stars across the board I would. I highly recommend This company and Levi for any of your electrical needs!

Levi responded near immediately after requesting information for Electricians from Home Advisor. He came out the next day. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He had to run out to get parts, was back quickly and finished quickly. Everything was professional. He clearly knows what he's doing. He also ensures he walks you through the job before he provides the bill. He also ensures he cleans up any and all areas he worked. I highly recommend him for your electrical needs.

I had some issues from a home inspection (I'm selling) that required a licensed professional to repair despite the jobs being extremely rookie level electrical work. They comprised of installing a GFCI in my kitchen and cutting a wire under my house and ending it. Levi seemed determined to ensure the work took over one hour so I could be charged an extra $85 for another hour. According to him he went over by "just a hair but those are the rules." What bothered me more about this is that he spent the last fifteen minutes in front of my house at his van. I understand he had to write a receipt but if you are going to spend that much time at your vehicle don't charge me an extra $85 because you went over an hour doing so. I am extremely disappointed because I have used this

I appreciate the great service that Asa provided to home. I am highly pleased with the manner in which he introduce himself and the company. The introduction went hand and hand with the service he provided.. After a few questions, he address the technical issues, without making a mess in no time. His friendly attitude and the reasonable price positively gain me as a future customer and referrals to family and friends. Once he repaired and ensured the lighting fixtures were working properly; he offer advice on the difference type of light bulbs and made suggestions on the appropriate led light bulbs. I got a call immediately and a appointment very soon. Electricians were friendly and helpful explaining each project. They even recommended someone to rewire original old sconces who did a great job. Follow-up appointment was made to install the repaired sconces within days. Very happy customer.
