"Cole Electric has good communication with the customer from your first inquiry, email & text follow up . They requested photos of what I need to address so they understand all aspects of the job. The office contacted me to say the electrician could arrive early. The 2 electricians were professional knowledgeable and addressed my concerns. The ceiling fan installed by someone else was missing screws on the down rod as well as other things not done correctly. They replaced the missing screws, rebuilt the fan and reinstalled it. No more wobble. The 2 under cabinet light fixtures were installed perfectly, no extra cables showing. You get what you pay for and Cole Electric electricians do the job right the first time. I recommend this company and will use them again."

"Jeff was an absolute professional from phone calls to the completion of service. We had a single leak (a first-time issue in over two years of residence during a storm) coming from our downstairs bathroom ceiling fan and wanted it assessed and to take the opportunity to go from a standard exhaust fan to one with a light that we had purchased pre-service. Jeff went above and beyond a usual effort, going on the roof to ensure that the exhaust pipe would not be a future issue (while up there he fixed a slight kink in the aluminum causing the exhaust flap to hold open), cut drywall to fit the new fan, took out the old fan, installed the new fan with light (which included extremely well-done drywall patching around one edge that looks completely unnoticeable), and lastly cleaned the entire area. He not only accurately assessed and fixed what I had described and asked, but he earned a client - not only for his clear passion for his craft but for his master class quality- pun intended. If you have read this far and see him in your recommended after a search, hire him."

"I had plugged in a portable heater in my bedroom Friday night.  I woke in the middle of the night with no power to my bedside light or clock.  After searching, I realized all the outlets, except 2, were not working.  I called Mr. Jernigan at 8am, (he was one of the few on Angie's List with Saturday hours).  He told me he would get back in touch when he knew what time he could get by.  He called back at 11:30am and said after he did an estimate in Chesapeake, he would get to me.  He arrived around 1:30pm.  He found faulty wiring had been done on my bathroom light switch and had everything working in about 30 minutes.  He was very professional and certainly knew what he was doing.  Although the price was rather steep, for him to come out on a weekend, it was well worth it to me.
