We charge $0.25 per square foot to clean carpets and $50.00 to clean a normal set of steps. When we clean steps we clean both the tread and the riser. Routine spot and stain removal are included in this price. We will do our best to remove any spots or stains we see. Larger spots and stains may be subject to an additional service fee. When dealing with those pet or problem areas we have the ability to flush the carpet. We also clean oriental and area rugs as well as upholstery and tile. Oriental rugs are cleaned at $1.50 square foot. Pick up and delivery service is available for these items at an additional fee. Call for pricing on this service.
