Chucks carpet cleaning is an independently owned business which serves Gloucester County and the surrounding area. Your satisfaction is our priority. We are licensed and insured. We clean commercial and residential carpeting. Commercial establishments can be cleaned after normal business hours at no additional charge. We charge $0.25 per square foot to clean carpets and $50.00 to clean a normal set of steps. When we clean steps we clean both the tread and the riser. Routine spot and stain removal are included in this price. We will do our best to remove any spots or stains we see. Larger spots and stains may be subject to an additional service fee. When dealing with those pet or problem areas we have the ability to flush the carpet. We also clean oriental and area rugs as well as upholstery and tile. Oriental rugs are cleaned at $1.50 square foot. Pick up and delivery service is available for these items at an additional fee. Call for pricing on this service. We set our prices by the square foot so that you as the costumer know your cost before we arrive. There are no hidden charges in any of our services. Protectant is offered at an additional fee.

During the pre-cleaning visit Chuck and Suzzane examined and measured all of the carpets to be cleaned. They explained the process, told us how long it would take and exactly what the cost would be. On Saturday, Chuck and Shane arrived at the pre-determined time and cleaned the carpets very professionally. That evening, yellow streaks appeared in the white carpets and we thought that the carpets were ruined. Sunday morning we called Chuck and he reassured us that the streaks could be removed. He and Shane arrived at our house within an hour and we discussed the stains. Chuck explained that the stains came from wicking and that he would re-do all of the carpets right away. He and Shane cleaned all of the carpets again and the stains disappeared.
