Mothers Touch was able to get most of the stains out along with the wax. They were able to save the carpet preventing us having to replace it. I called a very nice representative on a Wednesday, and someone met us at the rental that same weekend. The job was complete quickly. As soon as the carpets were complete, we were informed the job was done and what had been done.

We had to move out at the last minute (3 days), the townhouse we were renting had molds. Part of the lease agreement was to have the carpet shampooed and pet treated. We called Mothers Touch and they provided us with a representative within the hour. They were very professional and understanding to our situation. They gave us an estimate and the next morning they were done. The work was awesome, especially removing all the foot traffic residue during our move and all the pet hairs. The price was much cheaper than the three companies that we called. Needless to say I got all of my deposit back to include the pet deposit. Strongly recommend to everyone.

The service was excellent.  Pablo arrived an hour early in order to get a good look at all the spaces that they would be cleaning, as well as the rugs and the furniture.  The rest of the crew arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment time and immediately went to work.  They were quick, courteous, and efficient.  They also paid attention to every detail.  Many of the carpets had not been cleaned in some time by the previous owner and had a lot of dirt and wear.  There were areas, especially in the upstairs bedrooms, that had quite a bit of staining that I did not hold much hope for.  However,they made everything look like new with only two minor exceptions!  The two exceptions were areas of particularly deep wear and staining that they were unable to get out, but they did everything possible.
Overall, this was an excellent experience and I will definitely be using them again for my future carpet cleaning needs!
