Communication was not clear. He missed areas of the carpet, the family room was left streaked. You could tell his was new because he didnt go to the part of the carpet that meets the wall, he didnt go to edges of the stairs. When using the kitchen sink he dropped chemicals on our tile floor and it has bleach marks. USA Clean shouldve told me upfront who was coming, they sent out a subcontractor to do the work. The cost was not as expected.
