"CALL THESE GUYS FIRST! We have a drain in our basement that has overflowed for years. It's finicky and the problem comes and goes depending on the activity. We recently decided to fix it once and for all- we had THREE Rooter companies come out and all three provided different 'solutions'. Rooter-Man was the ONLY company to spend the time to determine the problem, test their theories and work tirelessly until the pipe was cleared out. The other companies had me prepared to spend TEN THOUSAND dollars with them to trench a new line in our backyard. Shane from Rooter-Man was honest, professional, nice, hardworking and knowledgeable. A plumber came the next morning and fixed the plumbing issues then Troy came as soon as I called him to finish the job.  He and his crew finished installing the counter tops, added a few touches to make them look better, and did such a professional job you can't even see where the sealants are.  He is very conscientious, wants to ensure the job he does is the best it can be, and I would definitely call him again for any work I need done.
